(Answer 2) We offer a wide range of packaging supplies and materials, including envelopes, boxes, bubble cushioning, packaging peanuts and tape. Just ask our packing experts for advice on what supplies will best suit your needs.

(Answer 3) Packing services is usually less than you buying the packing materials and having to do it yourself. We use what is necessary to pack your precious cargo safely and up to the standards set by the shipping carriers FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS.

(Answer 4) Pearland POSTAL PLUS does not sell waybills and other carrier supplies. To order supplies, contact the package carrier directly.

(Answer 5) Pearland POSTAL PLUS offers over 50 sizes of boxes, envelopes in a variety of sizes as well as all the necessary supplies, including tape, bubblewrap brand cushioning and packaging peanuts – everything needed for a smooth and easy move. We can even make custom boxes for odd-shaped items. Plus, we can help you decide on how many boxes to use and which packaging materials will work best.

(Answer 6) Yes. Pearland POSTAL PLUS professionals are capable of shipping large or odd-shaped items.. Howeever large or odd-shaped items often require specialized packaging. Pearland POSTAL PLUSis limited to corregated box packaging.We do not offer shrink-wrapping or palletizing. Pearland POSTAL PLUS can advise you on the best packing method for your item(s). (Answer 7) You can bring your package in already packed, and our packing experts can determine if it’s properly packed to withstand shipping stresses. Or you can trust our packing experts to do the job for you so your items arrive safely and intact.

(Answer 8) We do not offer Pick Up Services
(Answer 9) Just take your item to Pearland POSTAL PLUS and let our professional packing experts handle the rest. We will professionally pack and ship your item for a safe and guaranteed delivery. You should know the value of your shipment to obtain carrier declared value protection / insurance if the shipment value exceeds $100.

(Answer 10)For Fedex,UPS or DHL You will be reimbursed up to $100 for your item (subject to the lesser of the actual value, replacement cost or repair cost per the specific Carrier Terms and Conditions of Service, the full price you paid for packaging materials and services, and your cost for shipping Pearland Postal Plus offers no re-imbursement for USPS.

(Answer 11) No. The fee you pay to have your package protected by Pearland Postal Plus insurance or the Carrier Declared Value option will not be reimbursed.

(Answer 12) If you believe your package is lost, please contact Pearland POSTAL PLUS so that a tracking system search can be conducted. You’ll need to provide your receipt in the event of a claim, so please keep it.

(Answer 13) If your package was damaged in transit, please contact Pearland POSTAL PLUS to report the damage. You’ll need to have your shipping receipt available, so please keep it. The recipient must retain the box and all packaging materials along with the item until you have received instructions from Pearland POSTAL PLUS or the carrier claims adjuster.

(Answer 14) No. However, you can drop off your packages with pre-paid shipping labels at Pearland POSTAL PLUS. If you would like to schedule a pick-up, contact the package carrier directly.

(Answer 15) If you are a current mailbox holder, Pearland POSTAL PLUS will receive and hold your packages for pick-up, subject to pre-arranged storage fees and other conditions (as applicable). If you are not a current mailbox holder, you can contact Pearland POSTAL PLUS to inquire about us receiving your shipment and any applicable fees.

(Answer 16) Yes. Our locations are also approved drop-off locations for FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS shipments. To drop off your package at Pearland POSTAL PLUS, simply stop in and hand-off your package. We will also tape your small - medium drop-off boxes FREE OF CHARGE. We offer to provide a receipt with the tracking number and recomend you keep the drop off tracking number until your package has arrived at its destination.

(Answer 17) Delivery time depends on the service you purchase. Pearland POSTAL PLUS offers all FedEx, UPS and even USPS Next Day options, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Options, Ground and other options.

(Answer 18) You can track your shipment by going online to UPS.com, FedEx.com, DHL.com or USPS.com. You will need your tracking number. If you don’t have the tracking number, contact Pearland POSTAL PLUS.

(Answer 19) Contact Pearland POSTAL PLUS immediately to inquire about the possibility of address correction. If you did not ship your item through Pearland POSTAL PLUS(s), contact the package carrier directly.

(Answer 20) Yes, Pearland POSTAL PLUS offers insurance for FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS shipments.

(Answer 21) If you are the recipient, contact the sender of the shipment to inform him or her that the shipment arrived damaged. If the sender is a customer of Pearland POSTAL PLUS, he or she will need to notify us to report a damaged shipment and begin the claim process. Remember to save all packaging material.

(Answer 22) If you are the sender, immediately notify Pearland POSTAL PLUS to report the lost or stolen shipment and begin the claim process. Once Pearland POSTAL PLUS reports the damaged package, the carrier that shipped your item(s) will initiate an investigation and may or may not approve the claim upon successful completion of the investigation.



If you are the recipient, contact the sender of the shipment to inform him or her that the shipment is lost or stolen. Because the sender is the customer of Pearland POSTAL PLUS, he or she will need to notify us to report the lost or stolen shipment and begin the claim process.

(Answer 24) Pearland POSTAL PLUS will assist you in completing the correct documentation so that your shipment has the best chance of clearing customs. The international shipping professionals at Pearland POSTAL PLUS will inform you at the time of transaction of any restrictions that may cause problems for your shipment.

(Answer 25) Duties,taxes and are fees imposed by customs on imported merchandise. The applicable charge will be based on the value and/or gross weight and may differ according to the commodity. The receiver of the item is responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and fees. Fees may also be implemented by the international customs broker or agent for its services.

(Answer 26) You can visit the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency’s Web site at www.cbp.gov to find out what items are restricted from import into the United States. Visit the World Customs Organization’s Web site at www.wcoomd.org to find restrictions for other countries. .

(Answer 27) Pearland POSTAL PLUS will contact you and provide you three options: (1) you provide additional information and/or authorize payment of any charges so the package or letter can be delivered to the consignee; (2) you give authorization to pay the necessary charges (return freight, plus any other charges) to have the package or letter returned to you; (3) you abandon the shipment and authorize payment of abandonment charges, if required by the destination country. You will need to determine the course of action you wish to take and make arrangements for payment. A decision will have to be made within three business days.
